What should I do if I encounter problems during use?

If you encounter any of the following situation, please submit your feedback to us. We will attempt to solve the problem as soon as possible:

  • If the boosting effect is insufficent in your game.
  • If the boosting function cannot be activated.
  • If you have any comments/suggestions on the product.

Method 1: Submit feedback in the app: Tap Help>Feedback>Feedback>Write down a detailed discription of the problem, submit a comment, game request or other feedback >Submit

Note! For boosting-related issue, please submit a detailed feedback comment within the app including the game name and the issue that you are having, so we can quickly identify the issue.
