Why is the game delay high after boosting?

Please check the latency displayed on the boosting page. This latency information is from your network device to the optimal GearUP boosting node. If this latency is high then it is recommended that you check your internet service providers signal strength, WIFI access point signal strength, network traffic congestion, local broadband usage, etc. Any of these factors can and may have an impact on your game latency.

If your area is far from the physical game server, there may also be a higher latency. For example, if Eric lives in Brazil but uses a boosted server in Singapore, the extensive physical distance to the server may cause the latency to be around 200MS even after boosting.

If your network strength is very good, and your location is very close to the game server, the connection latency maybe about 20ms. In this case, GearUP will give you a smaller but still noticable network optimization.
