Stuck in 'loading'丨Stuck when stopping acceleration丨Program not responding

1. Please try turning off the firewall and then try again.

2. If it still doesn't work, please press and hold WIN+R to open the "cmd" command box.

3. Enter "netsh winsock reset", and press Enter.  

4. Then you can restart your PC and open GearUP booster again.

5. OR you can submit a ticket within the client
