How to Redeem the Pack

In-game

  1. Launch the game (Please note: Launch the game through GearUP to ensure your code is redeemed successfully)
  2. Go to Store Page → Add Bonus/Gift Code at the bottom-left
  3. Enter the code

And you are supposed to use Krafton ID linked with game account.

Important Notes

  1. Redemption codes will be sent via system notifications within the GearUP client.
  2. This event is open to users in Vietnam and Thailand.
  3. Gift codes are valid for Steam/Epic players only.
  4. Gift codes will expire on 15 July 2026. Please complete your redemption before that.
  5. Each device/account is limited to one participation only.
  6. Rewards are limited in quantity and available while supplies last.
  7. Due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, the event may be terminated early. Please refer to the latest updates on this page for details.
