How to use redemption codes?

There are two ways to use the redemption codes:

In-game

• Log into the game
• Open the menu
• Click the three dots on the right of character portrait
• Select the redemption code option
• Enter the codes and redeem
• Check your mailbox in the top right to claim your rewards

Online:

• Head to the HoYoverse Honkai: Star Rail redemption site
• Log in and select server
• Enter a code
• Collect rewards from the in-game mailbox
