How to use redemption codes?
There are two ways to use the redemption codes:
In-game
- Log into the game
- Open the menu
- Click the three dots on the right of character portrait
- Select the redemption code option
- Enter the codes and redeem
- Check your mailbox in the top right to claim your rewards
Online:
- Head to the HoYoverse Honkai: Star Rail redemption site
- Log in and select server
- Enter a code
- Collect rewards from the in-game mailbox
