Three things worth putting in your calendar:

• The event opens on 5 November. Quests only count once the event is live.
• Claim your reward before 7 December. Quests completed after the event closes will not count.
• Redeem your code before 14 December. Claiming gives you a code, but the code itself has to be activated before the second deadline — after that it can no longer be redeemed.

FAQ

I can't find the XP on Tracker.gg

The XP System only becomes available after you've linked a game account. Make sure the account for at least one of the supported titles is bound to Tracker.gg — you can link it in your Tracker.gg account settings. Once your profile is linked and your match data has synced, the XP System entry will appear. You'll find it directly below your game, as shown in the image above. If it still doesn't show up, sign out and back in, or contact Tracker.gg support.

The GearUP VIP reward can only be claimed in the Tracker.gg XP System for the following titles: Fortnite · Valorant · League of Legends · Marvel Rivals · Rainbow Six Siege · Apex Legends · Rocket League · Counter-Strike 2 · Off The Grid · Smite 2 · TFT

How can I find my GearUP reward in Tracker.gg XP?

Open Tracker.gg XP and find the GearUP reward card in the location shown in the image below. Tap the card and follow the instructions to claim your reward.

Please note: You must claim your GearUP reward through the Tracker.gg mobile app or website.

My XP hasn't updated

Give it a few minutes. XP syncs shortly after a match ends, but only once the session has been fully recorded — which means the Tracker.gg client needs to stay running until that finishes. If it still looks stuck, refresh the XP page in your Tracker.gg account.

Where to join the event on GearUP

You can access the event from the bottom-left corner of the GearUP client home, as shown in the image below.

My code doesn't work

Check that the code has been entered exactly as shown, and that it hasn't already been redeemed. Codes can only be activated once, and only before 14 December 2026, 09:00 UK time. If you're still stuck, follow the official walkthrough linked in the next section.

I already have a Tracker.gg Premium subscription

The Tracker.gg Premium reward can only be claimed on an account without an active Premium subscription. If you're currently subscribed, you won't be able to redeem this reward until that subscription is no longer active.

How do I find my Tracker.gg Premium code again?

Your code is available in two places: your GearUP inbox (in-app messages) and the collaboration event page you claimed it from. The event page closes when the event ends on 7 December 2026 — after that, use your GearUP inbox. The message stays there until 14 December 2026, so make sure you redeem the code before it expires.

How to use your GearUP code

Once you've claimed your reward, open the GearUP client, sign in, and redeem the code through the gift code entry. The official guide covers the exact steps with screenshots:

Is the event really free?

Yes. Both rewards — 5 days of GearUP VIP and 5 days of Tracker.gg Premium — are completely free. All you need to do is complete one quest on each platform. No purchase, no subscription, and no card details required.

Can I claim both rewards?

Yes. The two rewards are independent, so you can claim both. Complete the Tracker.gg XP quest to get GearUP VIP, and the GearUP client quest to get Tracker.gg Premium.

How long does it take for XP to sync on Tracker.gg?

XP usually syncs within a few minutes after your match ends. Keep the Tracker.gg client running until the session has been fully recorded. If your progress still hasn't updated, refresh the XP page in your Tracker.gg account.

When does the event start and end?

The collaboration runs from Thursday, 5 November 2026 at 09:00 UK time (GMT) — 04:00 US Eastern (EST) — until Monday, 7 December 2026 at 09:00 UK time (GMT) — 04:00 US Eastern (EST). Reward codes can be redeemed until Monday, 14 December 2026 at 09:00 UK time (GMT) — 04:00 US Eastern (EST). Rewards are available while supplies last, so complete your quests early so you don't miss out.

Are there any game restrictions for earning GearUP VIP on Tracker.gg?

Yes. The GearUP VIP reward can only be claimed through the Tracker.gg XP System for supported titles: Fortnite, Valorant, League of Legends, Marvel Rivals, Rainbow Six Siege, Apex Legends, Rocket League, Counter-Strike 2, Off The Grid, Smite 2, and TFT. Play one match of any of these games to earn the XP you need.

Are there any restrictions on using the reward code?

The GearUP VIP code has no restrictions — you can redeem and activate it whenever you like. The Tracker.gg Premium code can only be redeemed if your Tracker.gg account does not currently have an active Premium subscription.

Are there any limits on who can take part?

There are no restrictions on your GearUP account — new and existing users are both eligible, and the 5 days of VIP stack on top of any subscription you already have. The only limit is on the event code itself: one device or one account can use it only once, so repeat entries are not allowed.

How do I find my Tracker.gg Premium code again?

Your code is available in two places: your GearUP inbox (in-app messages) and the collaboration event page you claimed it from. The event page closes when the event ends on 5 December 2026 — after that, use your GearUP inbox. The message stays there until 12 December 2026, so make sure you redeem the code before it expires.
