What is the "Dual Assurance Mode"?

Last updated: 2025-12-15

Dual Assurance Mode is a member-exclusive technology that greatly reduces the possibility of severe latency or disconnection when boosting a game. When a user is connected to both Wi-Fi and mobile data, the system will automatically select the fastest and most stable connection path in real-time to transmit game data.

This mode can significantly improve network connections for games. The effect is more pronounced in games that require a fast and stable connection, such as MOBAs and FPS games.

  1. To activate Dual Assurance Mode, please toggle this mode on inside Settings
  2. Please ensure both WiFi and mobile data are enabled on your device when you boost a game

FAQ

1. Does Dual Assurance Mode consume more data?
