How to participate：
1.Download, install, and register GearUP Booster for Windows from our website
2.Log in to the game you want to play without boosting and take note of your current ping.
3.Log out of the game and start boosting. Record your in-game ping with boosting enabled.
4.Please submit your feedback (How to submit a ticket/feedback )
5.Please follow the 2 templates below to submit your feedbacks.
Template 1： You may write down your boosting experience in the following format "Network Provider + City/State + Game Boosted+server + ping before + ping after".
e.g. AT&T + Los Angeles/CA + Fortnite + NA + 90ms before +70ms after
Template 2: Write down anything you think would improve the product design besides boosting.
e.g. It is hard for me to find proper nodes. I suggest it should be more obvious.
*Please note that the feedbacks must be submitted in the specified format mentioned above, otherwise, you will not be eligible to participate in the prize draw.
Event Description:
- This event is only available to users within the United States.
- 30 users who provide valid feedback will be randomly selected every day to receive a $10 Amazon Gift Card.
- After the event concludes, 10 users will be randomly chosen from those whose feedback has been accepted three times or more to receive a $50 Amazon Gift Card.
- There is no limit to the amount of bonus that can be accumulated.
- Users can apply for rewards to be issued in advance before the event ends. Rewards will be issued within 7 working days after the application is submitted. If no application is made, the reward will be issued automatically after the event ends.
- The vouchers will be sent to users via email and message in the GearUP Booster client.
- Feedback must be submitted in the specified format to be considered valid.
