The GearUP VIP code has no restrictions — you can redeem and activate it whenever you like. The Tracker.gg Premium code can only be redeemed if your Tracker.gg account does not currently have an active Premium subscription. However, one device and one account can take part only once — each account is eligible for a single claim, and repeat entries are not allowed.

XP usually syncs within a few minutes after your match ends. Keep the Tracker.gg client running until the session has been fully recorded. If your progress still hasn't updated, refresh the XP page in your Tracker.gg account.

The XP System only becomes available after you've linked a game account. Make sure the account for at least one of the supported titles is bound to Tracker.gg: Fortnite, Valorant, League of Legends, Marvel Rivals, Rainbow Six Siege, Apex Legends, Rocket League, Counter-Strike 2, Off The Grid, Smite 2, and TFT. You can link your game account in your Tracker.gg account settings. Once your profile has been linked and your match data has synced, the XP System entry will appear. If it still doesn't show up, try signing out and back in, or contact Tracker.gg support.
